If hair has not been removed from oiginal packaging , you may receive a refund only wthin 3-5 days of receiving your products. any time after that = NO REFUND
If hair has been taken out of package and manipulated we will NOT issue a refund.
If you purchase hair and commit a crime of fraud we will be forced to take action legally.
